With a wonderful view to the islands and the sea "Sunrise Residence" is located on a quiet hillside at the north eastern part of the island.
Just 5- 10 minutes to the airport, to the Beaches "Choeng Mon" and "Chaweng" and the city centre of "Chaweng" with ist numerous restaurants, shopping ad entertainment oppertunities.
"Sunrise Residence" is a main house and two appartments with roffed over terrace, sun terrace and swimming pool.
The main house is equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The spacious bathrooms have a toilet with BD and a walking shower. The bedrooms have king size beds and air condition. The livingroom with a kitchen offer a cosy couch to relax, Satellite TV, DVD-Player, internet access and a stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped inclusive oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer.
All rooms are fully tiled. All windows and doors have mosquito screens. A safe is installed in the main house and the property has sufficient parking lots.
The two appartments have the same features but just one bedroom and no DVD-Player, stereo system and safe.

The side costs includes electricity and water, cleaning two times a week plus laundry change and final cleaning.
Airport transfer is also included.
